As an employer, we seek to provide an environment of growth and development for our employees that is consistent with recognizing the rights, needs, and wants of all people.Purpose:To manage and coordinate all claims for the organization.Qualifications:Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug ScreeningsMust possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver statusMust possess a Bachelor’s DegreeMust possess at least seven years of experience in a Claims or Risk Management capacityMust have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory roleMust possess strong analytical and computer skillsOn site position only, there are no work from home option. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pmCandidates not meeting the minimum qualifications will not be considered.Essential Functions:Accountable for the management of all claims throughout the Organization.For WC claims, keeps track of and makes sure the employee is attending the follow-ups to address their current work status and progress.Provides updates to the field as well as to the WC adjuster on file; coordinates transitional duty accommodations between operations, employee, and carrier.Monitors the length of accommodation and follows up on the timing of Maximum Medical Improvement for injured workers ensures compliance with Company procedures and State and Federal regulations.For Liability Claims, reporting litigated claims to carriers, opening files for each claimant, assisting with requests for production of documents and discovery, and scheduling depositions as needed.Responsible for oversight for processes, including, but not limited to driver approval, review of motorist reports, monitoring data integrity of our inventories and databases, coordination of audit requests, gathering and submitting information for the commercial insurance renewal, operational business continuity plans, reports requested by the VP of Risk Management, and attending required meetings and trainings.Participates in interdepartmental meetings as requested.Supervises and manages risk staff.Trains new and existing staff as needed.Acts as backup for VP of Risk Management in their absence.Travel 10% as needed.Performs all other duties as assigned.SR97NHQThis position will remain open until filled.
