Market Manager

Onsite | Full-Time

Are you a leader who thrives on growing a business, developing people, and delivering results? At Openwork, our Market Managers lead both the sales and operations side of the business. They are responsible for growing their market, building high-performing teams, creating exceptional customer experiences, and owning the financial success of their branch. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, building client relationships, and driving business growth, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Grow the market by developing new business, expanding existing client partnerships, and identifying new opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales, recruiting, and operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Own the market's P&L, using financial and operational data to drive performance, profitability, and long-term growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and creating staffing solutions that meet their business needs.
• Set clear goals, monitor key performance metrics, and help your team achieve individual and branch objectives.
• Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and continuously improve branch performance.
• Oversee branch operations, including recruiting, compliance, payroll approvals, risk management, and overall operational excellence.
• Create an engaging, positive culture where employees are empowered to grow, succeed, and deliver outstanding results.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading a sales, staffing, recruiting, or operations team.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing financial performance, budgets, or P&L responsibilities.
• A servant leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
