We are seeking a meticulous and organized Remote Data Entry Representative to join our team. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and managing data in our systems while maintaining confidentiality. You will work closely with team members virtually to ensure data integrity and efficiency in our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before submission.
• Maintain organized digital records and assist with document management.
• Generate reports and perform basic data analysis as needed.
• Communicate with team members via email, chat, or video conferencing.
• Follow data security and confidentiality protocols.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong typing skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or data management software.
