A prestigious law firm with a strong national presence is actively seeking a seasoned transactional attorney to join its Financial Services practice group. The ideal candidate will bring between 4-7 years of experience in transactional law, particularly with syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on a range of financial transactions, including complex leveraged finance and syndicated credit agreements.
• Work directly with clients and internal teams to draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Participate in all phases of deal execution and provide strategic insight throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school (Top 30 preferred; GPA 3.0 or higher).
• Admission or eligibility for admission to the North Carolina Bar (preferred).
• 4-7 years of relevant legal experience at a Top 200 AM Law firm.
• Strong academic credentials and interpersonal skills are essential.
