Responsibilities:

• Sales, market appropriate products and services to service customer needs
• Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients and companies we represent on the phone, email and on paper.
• Supporting teammates with follow up for clients and prospects.
• Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically.
• Maintain client files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company both paper records and on our many different software programs.
• Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed.
• Once a product is sold, you will need to fill out appropriate forms and input into the software system.
• Cultivate relationships and cross sell additional lines of insurance.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Positive professional image in person and on phone.
• Must have at least 2 years experience and be licensed
• Self-starter, driven, can manage rejection well.
• Confident, energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Familiar with rating software.
• Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest.

Perks/Benefits:

FT, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay based on Experience, Salary, Monthly Performance Bonus, 1 week Paid Vacation after 6 months, Paid Holidays, Group Medical Paid 100%, Profit Sharing with Company Match. Part-Time could be considered.
