Admin Services Coordinator

$18 - $21 per hour

Admin Services Coordinator

As an Admin Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to a department or manager. You'll answer, screen and forward telephone calls, greet customers and resolve customer complaints.

Must have skills:

Strong communication skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask effectively

Years of experience: At least 2 years of experience

Education: HS diploma

Software skills:

Experience with CMS system (Maximo) is a strong plus
Proficiency in basic computer functions
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Resource's typical working day:

Managing the front desk
Making cold calls to vendors
Handling paperwork
Performing other administrative tasks

Location: 925 Conestoga, Shepherdsville KY

Hours: M-F 7:30-4

Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Not remote

Pay Rate: $18-21
