This role offers the opportunity to support critical employment-based immigration processes within a fast-paced staffing environment.
The ideal candidate will combine immigration expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to guide employees, recruiters, and clients.
You will manage complex visa processes, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders.

You will play an important role in helping organizations manage workforce mobility and maintain compliance with U.S. immigration standards.
Working remotely, you will have the flexibility to manage multiple cases while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Accountabilities:
The Immigration Consultant – US Staffing will manage employment-based immigration activities, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely case progression. This role requires strong organizational skills, immigration knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, recruiters, legal partners, and clients.
- Manage employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, OPT/CPT, TN, L-1, E-3, and Green Card processes.
- Coordinate with immigration attorneys, employees, recruiters, and clients to support timely filings and case updates.
- Review, prepare, and maintain immigration documentation, petitions, and compliance records.
- Provide guidance on work authorization, visa transfers, extensions, amendments, and immigration status changes.
- Track visa expiration dates and proactively support renewal and extension processes.
- Monitor updates to U.S. immigration regulations and communicate relevant changes to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with USCIS, Department of Labor, and other applicable immigration requirements.
- Maintain accurate case records while protecting confidential employee and client information.
- Support staffing operations by providing immigration-related guidance throughout the employment lifecycle.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with U.S. employment-based immigration processes and a strong understanding of staffing-related immigration requirements. This role requires excellent organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- 3–5+ years of experience in immigration consulting or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration processes and visa categories.
- Experience supporting U.S. Staffing or IT Staffing operations.
- Familiarity with H-1B, OPT/CPT, TN, L-1, E-3, and Green Card processes.
- Understanding of USCIS regulations, Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), and PERM processes is preferred.
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple immigration cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
