Job Title: Luxury Leasing Specialist | Lease-Up Work Style: In Office | On-site Our client, a very successful, rapidly expanding, luxury multifamily, real estate developer based in the Baltimore area, is seeking an experienced Luxury Leasing Professional to play a key role in the lease-up of a stunning new Class A apartment community. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and brings a strong background in apartment leasing, resident engagement, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Minimum of three years of residential apartment leasing experience required. Luxury multifamily, Class A, and/or lease-up experience is highly preferred. What You'll Do: Drive leasing activity and exceed occupancy goals during the lease-up of a new luxury community Deliver exceptional property tours and confidently convert prospects into residents Build relationships with local businesses, employers, and real estate professionals to generate new leasing opportunities Execute outreach events, networking initiatives, and marketing campaigns that drive qualified traffic Manage prospect follow-up and maintain a highly organized leasing pipeline Deliver a polished, hospitality-driven experience from first inquiry through move-in Who You Are: A top-performing leasing professional with a proven ability to close leases and consistently achieve leasing goals Polished, professional, and confident in building relationships with prospective residents and community partners Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where results matter Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience This position requires a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends, based on leasing office hours.
