About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Vice President of Surgical and Procedural Services to provide hands-on executive leadership in this critical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for visible, hands-on leadership across surgical and procedural services, rebuilding relationships with physicians and staff, assessing and developing departmental leadership, and leading efforts to improve OR efficiency and block utilization. Additionally, the role involves leading culture transformation and change management efforts. The ideal candidate for this interim leadership position will be a visible, hands-on leader who is collaborative, adaptable, and skilled at building trust with physicians and staff. They must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs, with excellent communication skills being critical. Applicants for the Interim Vice President role must have a Bachelor’s degree, an active RN license, and a background that includes previous interim leadership experience and significant surgical, perioperative, and procedural services leadership experience. A strong background in change management, physician relations, and operational improvement is essential. The role requires a candidate who is available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and is prepared to take on the challenges of an interim leadership position.
