Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000 per year (Uncapped Commission – Paid Weekly)

In-Home Bathroom & Flooring Sales Representative

MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE ONE-CALL-CLOSE IN-HOME SALES EXPERIENCE

Premier Home Pros is expanding nationwide and actively seeking elite, high-performing in-home sales professionals who are ready to earn what they’re truly worth. If you consistently close at a high level but feel underpaid for your performance, this is your opportunity to step into a proven system with no income ceiling. We provide:

Pre-set, pre-qualified appointments (customers call us)
Industry-leading product with top market reputation

What You’ll Do

Run pre-set, company-provided appointments
Conduct one-call-close sales presentations in customers’ homes
Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale
Follow our proven sales system
Represent Premier Home Pros with professionalism and confidence

Requirements

2+ years of one-call-close in-home sales experience (home improvement preferred)
Proven high closing rates
Strong objection-handling skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Availability to work evenings and two Saturdays per month
Self-motivated and performance-driven
