Litigation Paralegal

The main areas of focus for the paralegal position include: Responsibilities Drafting, proofreading, filing, and serving legal documents Calculating, calendaring, and monitoring deadlines Supporting discovery, including client and third-party records Coordinating with clients, attorneys, and vendors Assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation The role is primarily in-office in downtown Portland with occasional remote flexibility. Requirements 3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience Strong working knowledge of Oregon state and federal court rules and procedures Litigation experience (employment law experience is preferred but not necessary) Familiarity with filing requirements, service rules, and subpoena practice Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management Clear, professional communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
