Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple IT projects within the portfolio, ensuring successful delivery through both waterfall and agile methodologies. This role acts as a liaison between business and IT teams, managing schedules, risks, and communications to support effective decision-making and governance. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead multiple assigned projects.
• Serve as the bridge between business and IT, supporting IT workstreams and documentation via PMO processes and tools.
• Monitor project schedules and deliverables, tracking progress and reporting updates to the program manager.
• Identify and address issues that may impact project delivery.
• Coordinate projects under program manager guidance.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid IT project management methodologies to drive technical solution delivery.
• Assist in fulfilling IT PMO and IT Governance requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, IT groups, and business units.
• Maintain communication among project team members and stakeholders, managing expectations.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports; follow up on outstanding requests.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible IT project management experience in a matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, organization, and communication.
• Experience with project delivery success and vendor management.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external audiences.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience implementing HCM and ERP applications such as SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP.
• Experience with procurement applications like SAP Ariba or Ivalua.
