Patient Services Manager Hospitality Leadership Opportunity - University of Miami Health System

What You'll Do

• Lead daily dining and service operations
• Coach and support service team members
• Ensure high standards for service, quality, and cleanliness
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational performance
• Respond to guest feedback and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) strongly preferred, but not required
• Leadership experience in hospitality, food service, restaurants, hotels, healthcare, or other customer-focused industries
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality, patient experience, and team leadership
• 5-day work week with alternating weekends

Healthcare experience is not required strong hospitality leadership and a service-first mindset are what matter most.
