This travel Occupational Therapist job in Hamilton Square, NJ with Advantis Medical is a 12-week travel Occupational Therapist contract at NSS Reliant - Avalon Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. This role pays $1,984 per week and follows a Days shift with a 5x8 schedule. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional, cognitive, and daily-living needs and establish individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver occupation-based interventions that rebuild independence in self-care, home, and daily activities
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment, energy-conservation techniques, and home and activity modifications
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care as patients advance, directing and collaborating with Occupational Therapy Assistants and the interdisciplinary team

Travel Occupational Therapy Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent Occupational Therapy experience.
• Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by New Jersey and national regulatory bodies.
