BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Club Manager in Training (AMIT) to work closely with the Club Manager to lead and develop departments. This position focuses on driving performance and enhancing member experience while ensuring compliance with operational standards. The AMIT will be responsible for overseeing talent development, managing audits, and engaging with members.
