We are actively recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for the greater Southwest Fort Worth area to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. The therapist will help patients define goals, gain insights and create personalized care plans. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals will be essential for care coordination and crisis intervention. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide care coordination with other health professionals and offer crisis interventions when needed. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records using the EMR system. Track treatment outcomes through a measurement‑based care approach to inform plan of care. Qualifications Active license (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) in the state of Illinois. Passion for delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care. Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Proficiency with an EMR system and accurate documentation. Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Desire and ability to work with a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
