Maintain consistent client availability to support continuity of care. Conduct evaluations, assessments, documentation, and treatment plans that meet clinical, ethical, and payor standards. Complete chart notes, charge slips, and other administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Practice within your licensure scope, uphold professional ethics, and safeguard client confidentiality. Maintain active clinical licensure in your state of residence and any states in which you provide services.
