About the Job Experience :
- 5-Axis CNC: 1 year (Required)
- MasterCam: 1 year (Required)
- Rhino: 1 year (Preferred)
- AS9100 : 1 year (Preferred)
- Maintains, operates and programs 3-Axis and 5-Axis machines simultaneously.
- Ensures programs are correct and ready for production runs.
- Proof programs for production runs. Read, write and adjust programs as needed.
- Calibrates tools in CNC machine.
- Uses Renishaw probe to inspect production parts while in the CNC machine.
- Creates First Article Inspection (FAI's) of production parts.
- Assists other operators as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping requirements within assigned area/s.
- Read, comprehend Job related documentation and detailed work instructions.
- Complete assigned tasks within production schedule timeline.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Maintain a lean and organized work area as required for functional and safe work environment.
- Responsible for maintaining housekeeping requirements within assigned area/s.
