Assisted Living Wellness Director Oaks at West Cobb in GA is seeking a full-time LPN to serve as the Assisted Living Wellness Director. Day in the Life of an Assisted Living Wellness Director As the Wellness Director, you assist the Executive Director in maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance with the Department of Community Health. You conduct regular resident visits, assessments, and maintain ongoing communication to promote resident health and wellness. You mentor and train all resident‑care employees, supervise them, and develop staff schedules that meet resident needs. An open‑door policy fosters a safe environment for employees and a positive labor‑management relationship. Qualifications 21 years old or older Current Georgia LPN or RN license CPR certification At least one year of experience working with residents in a long‑term care setting Ability to serve on an on‑call rotation Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical Supervisory experience in healthcare is preferred but not required. We’re Looking for Someone Who Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with seniors. Can effectively train caregivers.
