Job Overview Position: Production Support Electrical Engineer I (Airborne RF Electronics Electrical Engineering Department). Location: Plano, TX or McKinney, TX (commute between sites). Type: Onsite. U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Key Responsibilities Ensure special test equipment is always operable while improving test yield. Perform technical evaluations of hardware, categorizing failures and systematically dispositioning failing hardware in a timely manner. Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities to enhance production processes. Communicate status updates of hardware failures to program leadership. Travel periodically to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, or customer sites to support production (up to 25%). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related STEM field. Experience with laboratory equipment, schematic drawings, and circuit board assembly (CCA) troubleshooting. Strong communication skills, including report writing and presentations. Experience with manufacturing engineering concepts. Knowledge of LabVIEW, LUA, C, MATLAB, and Python programming languages. Preferred Skills Experience with RF and digital electronics applicable to advanced airborne radar systems. Benefits Salary range: $57,200 - $108,800 annually. Relocation eligible.
