Neuroscience Sales Specialist - Schizophrenia (Rockford, IL) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to promote schizophrenia medications in the Rockford, IL territory. Responsibilities
- Drive demand for schizophrenia medications through clinical selling and product differentiation strategies
- Develop and execute territory coverage plans to maximize selling time with healthcare professionals
- Create customer-specific selling approaches aligned with practitioner perspectives and institutional compliance requirements
- Coordinate with sales leadership, market access, operations, and training teams
- Meet sales targets, call plan attainment, and operational/compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Valid driver's license from a U.S. state
- Two years of healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
- Must live in or relocate to Rockford, IL geography
- Preferred: specialty sales experience in related therapeutic areas
- Preferred: demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies like AI
