Qualifications:

Valid School Psychologist licensure in the relevant state
Proven experience providing psychological assessments and counseling to K-12 students
Strong communication skills for working with educators, families, and students
Comfort and proficiency with virtual assessments and online collaboration platforms
Ability to work independently and manage caseload in a remote setting
Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students across grade levels
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
Provide counseling, intervention, and crisis management as needed
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student achievement and well-being
Participate in virtual staff meetings, ARD/IEP meetings, and parent conferences
Document services and maintain records in accordance with state and federal regulations
