Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare setting, responsible for delivering quality patient care and promoting patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Responsibilities Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments and update care plans accordingly. Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Implement department policies, goals, and procedures. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients. Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or degree in nursing (associate’s or bachelor’s). Active RN license in good standing. Preferred: at least one year of skilled nursing experience. CPR certification, either obtained upon hire or during orientation, with ongoing certification maintained. Strong reasoning, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
