Responsibilities Install electrical systems and components for new construction and renovation projects in offices, restaurants, and other commercial spaces. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. Run wiring, install panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, and equipment according to Massachusetts electrical code. Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to ensure smooth project flow. Perform system testing and verification to ensure safe, code‑compliant installations. Maintain accurate documentation of materials, work performed, and project progress. Follow company and state safety standards on every job site. Essential Skills Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician license. 3+ years of installation‑focused electrical experience in residential and/or commercial settings. Experience supervising crews on prior construction sites. Strong understanding of MA electrical code and best practices. Ability to work independently and manage installation tasks from start to finish. Comfort working in fast‑paced commercial environments such as restaurants and small businesses. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA 10 certification. Basic Journeyman Electrician tools. Why Work Here?
