About the Position

Job Title: X-Ray Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: X-Ray Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience License: Active license/registration required prior to start. Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Experience with adult acute care and adult outpatient imaging. - Bedside/portable imaging experience required. - PACS experience required. - Required anatomy and orthopedic imaging competencies. Description: X-Ray Tech position available with a minimum of 1 year of recent experience. First-time travelers are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Shifts available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday only. Clinicians may float within scope to meet facility needs as needed within Radiology. Experience with general diagnostic radiography is required. Isolation precautions and PPE competency is necessary. Candidates must possess experience with PACS imaging systems. Required competencies include extremities, spine, skull, chest, abdomen, and C-arm procedures. The role includes adult outpatient and acute care imaging responsibilities. The facility performs a broad range of diagnostic imaging, including X-ray, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and interventional radiology. Medical and religious exemptions for COVID-19 and flu vaccines are allowed.
