Lead Front Desk Agent — Grand Canyon Lodge

Xanterra Travel Collection is hiring a Lead Front Desk Agent at the Grand Canyon South Rim lodge to manage guest services and daily front desk operations. You will deliver warm hospitality and ensure accurate reservations and balance workflows. Responsibilities include resolving guest concerns, acting as Manager on Duty, supervising GSAs, blocking and pre-registering tours, and training new staff.
