Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $70,304.00 to $80,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. For more information about Aramark benefits, click here Aramark Careers - Benefits & Compensation Job Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and audits of Food and Beverage outlets to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Aramark company standards. Implement and update food safety policies and procedures. Provide training to employees on food safety practices, hygiene, and sanitation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate and resolve food safety incidents or concerns. Monitor and analyze data related to food safety metrics and recommend corrective actions. Stay informed about changes in food safety regulations and industry best practices. Assist in the development of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plans. Participate in the development of product specifications to ensure food safety considerations are addressed. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to minimize food safety risks. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a related role. Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and training skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety. Additional Skills Understanding of HACCP principles and their application. Knowledge of foodborne pathogens, allergens, and contaminants. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis.
