A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician: We Offer: Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance‑based bonuses Monthly bonus program depending on add‑on repairs Pay raise following paid training completion Direct four‑week track to Surface Repair Technician No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available) Paid holidays and paid time off Requirements Hands‑on work experience – possibly in construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobbies. The ability to accurately identify, match, and recreate colors is crucial, as color matching is a key aspect of our work.
