Senior RecruiterLocation: Richmond, VAEmployment Type: ContractAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in a dynamic industry sector. In this role, you will contribute to attracting and recruiting mid-to-senior level positions, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesAttract and recruit mid-to-senior level positions across multiple business functions.Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver a consultative recruiting experience.Build and maintain talent pipelines and execute full cycle recruiting.Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and HR Business Partners.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on mid to senior level professional or leadership roles.Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Preferred Qualifications (if any)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.Ability to identify and implement process improvements.Who We AreSGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.We're a dynamic, people-first organization where fresh ideas are always welcome.
