Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: 50k - 55k
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days

What You'll Do:

• Provide counseling for pre-purchase, rental, foreclosure prevention, and fair housing.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including credit and income reviews.
• Advocate for clients in diversion court and work with lenders, landlords, and realtors.
• Facilitate workshops on homeownership and financial literacy.
• Maintain accurate case management records and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

• HUD Certification: Mandatory at time of hire
• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years in housing counseling, advocacy, or related social services.
• Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, public speaking experience.
• Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• Traits: Passion for helping people, team-oriented, flexible with schedule adjustments.
