Representing a leading online tuxedo rental company, the full-time Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide authentic customer experiences via phone, email, and chat, assisting with inquiries, order facilitation, and problem resolution in a remote work environment through mid to late October. Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, primarily focusing on phone interactions Take ownership of customer issues, providing effective solutions and following through to resolution Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity while participating in training and cross-training opportunities Required qualifications At least one year of customer service experience High school diploma or GED Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technical savvy Ability to provide a distraction-free, ergonomically sound home office environment Must reside in specified states and pass required background checks
