We are currently seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance Team in Kirkland, WA . Job Summary We are seeking an analytical, creative, and forward-thinking Financial Analyst who is passionate about building solutions and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and communicating critical financial data in support of strategic decision-making. Operating within a complex manufacturing environment, this role acts as a cross — functional partner, bridging the gap between operational activities and executive financial reporting. Duties & Responsibilities Report and analyze actuals, historical trends and performance of bookings, sales, and margin against the budget and forecast Track and analyze financial performance of research & development programs including, if applicable, any 606 Revenue Recognition implications Partner with Accounting on monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts Update assigned financial models with latest actuals, assumptions and business inputs Provide financial analysis in support of the annual strategic plan and key initiatives Support creation of standard reporting packages Assist in preparing and assembling financial presentation decks for monthly management reviews Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, templates, and tools Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail High level of integrity, ownership, and willingness to learn Employment Eligibility Requirements This position may involve access to items subject to U.S. export-control laws. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $79,293 — $118,940 annually ( Midpoint: $99,117 ).Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs. It is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range. Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonus eligible .
