What You'll Do

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites to company and brand standards.
• Make beds and replace linens and towels.
• Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, furniture, and all guest room surfaces.
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Stock and organize your housekeeping cart throughout your shift.
• Report clean rooms promptly so they are available for arriving guests.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Clean balconies or outdoor areas when applicable.
• Help maintain clean and organized housekeeping storage areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and infection prevention practices.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide outstanding hospitality whenever you encounter them.

Additional Responsibilities

Depending on business needs, you may also:

• Assist fellow associates when needed.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Support other departments during busy periods.
• Complete additional duties assigned by your supervisor.

Work Environment

Hospitality is a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week business. Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as business demands is required.
