Stein Eriksen Lodge , Park City, Utah – full‑service bar and beverage service at a high‑volume lodging property. Essential Functions Provide beverages for the full‑service bar and restaurant guests. Maintain proper inventory of liquor and wine and prepare beverages in a quality‑focused environment. Follow all Beverage Service and State Guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Education, Experience, and Skills Experience in a full‑service, high‑volume bar. Must be 21 years old and “tips” certified. Enjoy working with the public.
