Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients on a med-surg and telemetry unit
- Monitor and document vital signs for patients at a med-tele level of care
- Perform PIV and foley removals with precision and patient comfort in mind
- Float across St. Joseph Region Two facilities as needed to support patient care
- Collaborate with charge nurses and the healthcare team to deliver the best outcomes
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in Washington State
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience
- Experience with vital signs and med-tele level of care
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system
- COVID-19 vaccine required for this assignment
