Job Overview California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Chef to maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation. Responsibilities Prepare pizzas following station recipes and ensure timely preparation. Operate the "Dough-Pro" machine and support line checks. Complete prep period sheets for each shift. Prepare necessary items for their station, maintaining safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment. Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side‑work duties each shift. Assist in teaching safe/sanitary practices to other team members. Qualifications Three to six months of related experience or training in a similar role. Availability for all shifts, including Sundays. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and deliver excellent guest service. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, and disability insurance (state‑mandated), along with payment review by CPK. Eligible for tips. Services include flexible shifts and full/part‑time opportunities.
