Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Lead and grow sales by identifying high-value business opportunities, both through new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business. Develop compelling value propositions and present them effectively to clients. Consistently meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets. Design Expertise Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and deliver innovative, high-quality landscape designs. Lead the design team in delivering modern, innovative, and sustainable landscape designs that align with client visions. Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and sustainable practices to integrate into client projects. Client Engagement Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and fostering strong, ongoing relationships. Deliver impactful presentations that highlight the unique value and measurable outcomes of proposed designs. Address client concerns and negotiate effectively to achieve win-win solutions. Operational Excellence Lead by example, setting high standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and optimize project delivery while maintaining a focus on quality and timely execution. Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.
