Quality Document System Management Coordinator 2

Roles & Responsibilities
- Review Quality Assurance procedures and coordinate with document owners to ensure correct document transfer and system assignment
- Support special projects - documentation remediation, training assignments, records retention, etc.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation records
- Follow and help improve Quality System Documents
- Ensure documentation meets formal requirements and standards; monitor ongoing compliance
- Produce document progress reports for senior managers
- Conduct regular reviews and document audits
- Ensure timely document delivery to support project completion
- Serve as a liaison between departments to promote cohesive quality strategies and mitigate risks
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of related experience

- Technical writing
- Data collection, recording, and accurate reporting
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Problem-solving
- Written and verbal communication
- Organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree required (or Associate\'s degree in a related field, preferred alternative)
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Able to build stable working relationships across teams
- Able to work under general supervision, in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
