Senior SAP Supply Chain Project Manager

Salary: $197,600 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience working across business and IT, with strong project delivery experience in SAP lead roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or COE Technical Lead.
• Experience delivering multi-module SAP ERP implementations using ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA, including phased global implementations in multinational organizations and Agile-led rollouts.
• At least two successful end-to-end SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA implementations in mid-size industries and one implementation in a large manufacturing industry.
• SAP Supply Chain Project Management experience is required; experience with SAP GTS, S/4HANA, EWM, and TMS is desired. Knowledge of SAP ME/MES, S/4 EWMS, and Agile PLM is beneficial; MES implementation experience is a plus.
• At least 8 years of experience leading major cross-functional projects in Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience managing partnerships with third-party system integrators, SAP Services, and other implementation service providers.
• Proficiency with MS Office and JIRA, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across organizational levels and functions; manage ambiguity and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification is required; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is desired.
• A bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience supervising people is desired; medical device experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including to international locations such as Malaysia.

• Plan, lead, and execute complex cross-functional projects to establish a new manufacturing facility and its procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and delivery functions.
• Manage project timelines and execution for IT- and business-led implementations supporting a new manufacturing plant, including initiatives from ideation and evaluation through solution implementation, product-launch scale-up, system upgrades, and facility expansions.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated manufacturing and product qualification timelines and governance for assigned project activities.
• Promote project management best practices across Global Operations.
• Align strategies, goals, resources, and timelines across Finance, Manufacturing and Operations, Infrastructure, Product Quality, Regulatory and Compliance, Field Service, and other business units.
• Partner with the business project manager to organize and lead core team and executive steering committee meetings, and provide status updates to the project sponsor and steering committee.
• Resolve constraints, conflicts, and other challenges that could affect successful, timely project delivery.
• Communicate project status, critical paths, and potential risks across the organization; create and manage project plans and assign tasks to team members.
• Manage project deliverables in accordance with the project plan, including kickoff presentations, detailed schedules in MS Project or Smartsheet, budget-versus-actual tracking, business blueprints, test plans, and training plans.
• Lead organizational change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training materials, end-user training, and solution adoption.
• Track and manage project issues, escalating them when needed to support timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal business and quality-system requirements and applicable external regulatory standards.
