Job responsibilities Essential Responsibilities of a Client Advisor: Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals Advise clients across the Brand and all product categories Leverage clienteling tools to develop long‑term relationships Essential Responsibilities of an Expert Client Advisor: Product Expertise Driving the Category Business In‑Store: Women's Ready‑to‑Wear, Fine Jewelry, Exotics or Hard‑Sided Product Training & New Launches Client Development Profile As a Client Advisor and Expert Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about the brand, the category, and the DNA of Louis Vuitton. The position requires a high level of story‑telling and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates must have experience encouraging positive relationships with clients, demonstrate outstanding product knowledge, and maintain a highly analytical and commercial ability. Benefits Expert Client Advisors: The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD$28–$32 plus the opportunity for commission, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short‑ and long‑term disability, various paid time‑off programs, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
