Day-to-Day: Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical.

What your day may look like:

• Taking inbound calls from financial advisors throughout the day.
• Researching and resolving complex service issues.
• Navigating multiple systems and resources simultaneously.
• Learning and applying new financial services concepts, policies, and procedures.
• Balancing quality service with productivity expectations.
• Collaborating with internal business partners to find solutions.
• Building trust and credibility with advisors through every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high volume calls
• Excited to build career in financial industry
• Team oriented, excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to provide white glove customer service.

Onsite Requirement:

• 5 days on-site for the first 4-6 weeks of training (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM).
• Post-training schedules and on-site requirements will be determined by the manager.

Shifts:

• 8 hours per day – Monday-Friday
• Candidates should be available between 5:00 AM to 5:00 PMAX
• Shift assignments will be determined after training based on business and team needs.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
