Laboratory Technician

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturing organization , is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician , you will be part of the Quality Control Laboratory Department supporting the Manufacturing and Quality Teams . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , strong analytical skills , and excellent teamwork abilities , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: St. Paul, MN (Onsite)
Pay Range: $24.00-$25.50 per hour
What's the Job?

• Perform biological, chemical, and physical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and laboratory analyses in support of manufacturing operations.
• Utilize laboratory instruments and LIMS systems to document and maintain testing data.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA, GLP, QSR, and cGMP requirements.
• Participate in audits, SOP updates, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related scientific discipline.
• 0-2 years of laboratory experience and familiarity with analytical testing techniques.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, and analytical instruments.
• Understanding of cGMP manufacturing and laboratory safety practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
