This position is located in the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, Washington, District of Columbia. The incumbent manages the performance of Contracting Office Representative (COR) in accordance with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations and DOC policies and procedures. The incumbent oversees the preparation and execution of highly complex independent reviews of acquisition requirements for products and service packages prepared by the COR's and Program Managers. The incumbent leads the Innovation and change management programs for BIS promoting program and operational advancements, enhanced communications and expanding employee engagement.
