Construction Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, client relations, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and scheduling experience. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents for constructability and budget requirements. Coordinate the design and construction process with owners, architects, and engineers. Review subcontractor bids, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts and subcontracts. Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress. Track project costs, budgets, change orders, and financial performance. Prepare regular project updates and reports covering costs, schedules, and progress. Identify potential risks, delays, and cost issues and develop solutions proactively. Coordinate consultants and subcontractors to resolve construction issues. Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, safety requirements, and quality standards. Maintain high standards of quality, communication, and client satisfaction. Qualifications 5+ years of construction/project management experience preferred. Strong experience managing commercial construction projects. Experience with subcontractor, vendor, and client coordination. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project. Strong attention to detail and commitment to following projects through completion. Knowledge of construction, engineering, and architectural principles. Preferred Qualifications Experience with retail, restaurant, multifamily, medical, office, or build-to-suit projects. Experience with construction management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. First Aid/CPR certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
