Financial Operations Lead Analyst- Hybrid

Overview Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks a Financial Operations Lead Analyst for the St. Louis, MO location to implement and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate contracts and amendments within our invoice system. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross functional partners, including teams responsible for negotiating contracts, communicating strategy to client benefits team, AR analysts, and others. Research and respond to manufacturer inquiries and disputes around invoicing. Track all contracts and amendments through Polaris system for validation and audit. Prepare validation packets to support all changes being made in rebates invoicing system. Review manufacturer specific invoicing and changes to claims from prior periods to help ensure invoicing accuracy. Hybrid Work Schedule. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics or Accounting and 1 year of experience. Experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry preferred. Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced functions in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and Microsoft Access. SQL including the ability to manipulate and run pre-built queries. Ability to provide professional support to external customers. Understanding of client hierarchy within the healthcare industry, the structure of formulary documents, and basic structures of pharmaceutical rebate contracts. Ability to conduct end-to-end analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions. Strong organizational skills to plan multiple projects concurrently, including task prioritization for a monthly invoicing cycle. Ability to provide direct, real-time support to clients. Experience with trend analysis and spotting abnormalities across periods. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
