About the Role:

The QC Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the established quality standards before they reach the market. This position involves conducting thorough inspections and tests on materials and finished products to identify any defects or deviations from specifications. The QC Inspector will collaborate closely with production teams to provide feedback and implement corrective actions when necessary. By maintaining high-quality standards, the QC Inspector helps to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation. Ultimately, this role is vital in supporting the overall quality assurance process within CIMA Services Management, Inc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in quality control or inspection roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in quality control or related field.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
• Collaborate with production staff to identify quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Perform tests and measurements using various tools and equipment to assess product quality.
• Participate in quality audits and assist in the development of quality improvement initiatives.
