Key responsibilities include: Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment Performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections Communicating findings and recommendations to homeowners Educating customers on system performance and membership options Completing 3–5 service calls per day Maintaining accurate service documentation using company software Upholding Bartlett's commitment to Five-Star customer service Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of residential HVAC service experience in single-family homes Experience from HVAC school, installation, property management, or commercial HVAC is valued but must be in addition to the required residential service experience EPA Certification (Required) NATE Certification (Preferred) Valid Driver's License Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Must reside within 30 miles of Marietta, GA Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in varying environments Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills Comfortable using tablets and field service software What Makes You a Great Fit Customer-Focused – You build trust, create comfort, and leave customers feeling confident they've received exceptional service.
