2027 Future Talent Program - Global SQM Intern

This 10-12 week summer internship within Merck's Manufacturing Division offers exposure to supplier quality management projects. The intern will collaborate across functions to support strategic initiatives in data visualization, supplier systems, and quality compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans with defined problem statements, milestones, and deliverables
- Schedule and conduct stakeholder meetings to gather input and insights
- Track project progress through metrics and provide periodic reports to management
- Ensure data compliance with GMP, GDP, and departmental quality standards
- Participate in staff meetings and intern program activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as junior or senior in B.S. Science, Engineering, or Data Analytics program
- Demonstrated experience with data analytics and visualization tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong interpersonal skills: flexibility, collaboration, teamwork, and inclusion
- Analytical aptitude, critical thinking, and ability to apply key concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation ability
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111
