What the job looks like

You'll represent buyers looking for the right home and sellers who want top dollar for theirs. From the first conversation to a successful closing, you guide both sides - and the relationships you build turn into referrals and repeat home sale business for years.

• Help buyers find the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs
• List and market homes so they attract qualified buyers quickly
• Run showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that connect buyers with a home
• Present and negotiate offers that protect your clients' interests
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork all the way to closing
• Build long-term client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business

No prior real estate experience needed - we provide complete residential sales training.

Requirements

They're simple.

• Be 18 years or older
• Be willing to get a Florida real estate salesperson license - we'll guide you through every step
• Complete Coldwell Banker Paradise residential sales training, provided at no cost to you
