Results-driven sales professional responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with local companies to provide employee benefits solutions through Colonial Life products and services. Focused on generating new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and supporting employees through personalized insurance education and enrollment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships with small to mid-sized businesses within assigned territories
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to business owners and decision-makers
• Educate employers and employees on voluntary benefits options including life, accident, disability, and supplemental health insurance
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and networking to enrollment and account maintenance
• Collaborate with business leaders to create customized benefits packages that meet employee needs
• Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing support and service
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
• Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track leads, appointments, and client communications
• Attend networking events, community functions, and referral meetings to expand territory growth
